This round extendable dining table is handcrafted from solid oak and designed to combine a compact everyday shape with additional dining space when needed. In its closed configuration, the table has a round tabletop. When additional surface space is required, a hidden central extension insert stored inside the table allows it to extend into an oval dining configuration.
The solid oak tabletop preserves the natural grain, knots, tonal variation, and texture of the wood, giving each finished table its own individual appearance. A powder-coated steel base with geometric intersecting legs supports the tabletop and provides a clean structural contrast.
Each table is handmade to order in our workshop in Poltava, Ukraine. Seven standard size configurations, six oak finish options, customizable RAL base colors, and custom dimensions are available.
Design & Aesthetic
The table combines a round solid oak tabletop with a geometric powder-coated steel base.
Natural variations in oak grain, knots, tone, and texture remain visible across the tabletop. Because solid oak is a natural material, every finished table will have its own individual pattern and character.
Function & Use
The table is designed to remain compact in its round configuration for everyday dining and provide additional surface space when required.
The round tabletop opens to reveal a hidden central extension insert stored inside the table. Once extended, the table changes from a round to an oval dining surface.
Depending on the selected size, the extension adds approximately 16–24 inches / 40–60 cm.
The 39" / 100 cm closed version is designed to seat 4 people comfortably before extension.
