• Our story

  • WoodenSoul UA is a Ukrainian woodworking workshop based in Poltava, central Ukraine. I’m Inna Deliia, the owner and craftsperson behind the shop. For more than eight years, I have been creating made-to-order solid wood furniture for customers in Ukraine and across Europe. In 2024, WoodenSoul UA expanded to Etsy and began serving customers in North America.

  • Our main focus is extendable dining tables designed for everyday use and for homes that need greater flexibility. We create round, oval, and rectangular extendable tables, as well as drop-leaf tables for smaller spaces.

WoodenSoul UA is owned and run by Inna Deliia, a craftsperson based in Poltava, central Ukraine.

For more than eight years, Inna has been creating custom solid wood furniture for customers in Ukraine and across Europe. In 2024, she brought WoodenSoul UA to Etsy and began working with customers in North America as well.

She personally communicates with customers about dimensions, finishes, colors, and customization, including helping match new furniture to existing interiors using customer photos.

  • Each piece is then made to order in our workshop in Poltava using solid oak, walnut, or ash. Before shipping, every table is tested for stability, and video assembly instructions are provided to help customers set it up at home.

Are your furniture pieces handmade?

Yes. WoodenSoulUA creates solid wood furniture to order in our workshop in Poltava, Ukraine. We work with solid oak, walnut, and ash, depending on the product.

Can I order a custom table size?

Yes. Custom dimensions are available. If you need a smaller, larger, or otherwise modified size, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can you match the table color to my existing furniture?

We can help select a suitable tabletop or base color based on photos of your existing furniture. Because natural wood varies in grain and tone, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

How do extendable tables work?

Our extendable tables use extension mechanisms that allow the tabletop to increase in size when additional seating space is needed. The exact extension system and available sizes depend on the table model.

Does the table come with floor protection, assembly instructions, and hardware?

Yes. Floor-protection pads, video assembly instructions, mounting hardware, and the tools required for assembly are included with the table.
